The What Goes Around Comes Around Guarantee
For most of our products, if for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, simply ask for your money back. You don't even have to return the product in most cases (in fact, we'd prefer that you pass it along). If for any reason a product is not included in this guarantee, that will be clearly stated before you order.
Teleclasses, retreats, and group coaching programs generally require a non-refundable deposit. If you cancel more than a week before a program or teleclass begins, you will be credited any payments excluding the deposit.
When you enroll in a recurring event like a teleclass or group, you are agreeing to complete the series and are obligated to pay in full even if you need to miss multiple sessions. Please carefully consider your schedule and other commitments before registering for one of these events.
In the event of illness or a family emergency, please get in touch with us. We’ll work with you to find a mutually agreeable resolution.
There are no refunds on coaching services or for speaking engagements.

Shipping
Most shipping to US, Canada, and Mexico is by US Priority Mail for $6.50.
Overnight to US addresses only is $21.00.
All shipping outside the US, Canada, and Mexico is sent via US Airmail for $15.00. We normally ship within 48 business hours of receipt of order.NOTE: You are responsible for payment of any customs fees that may apply to international shipments.
